How Axion Software collects, uses, shares, and protects information across our website and SaaS products.
Last updated: July 14, 2026
Axion Software LLC ("Axion," "we," "us," or "our") provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) products and custom application development. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or use our products, including Dojo Monkey. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.
Our products are used by businesses (our "Customers") to run their own operations. This distinction matters for your data:
We collect information you give us directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, business or school name, and the contents of messages you send through our contact form or to our support team. When you create an account, we store your login credentials in a securely hashed form.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. Card and bank details are collected and stored by Stripe under its own security standards; Axion does not store full payment card numbers on its systems.
Our Customers submit data about their own users, members, and operations into our products. We process this data solely to provide the service to that Customer and according to their instructions.
When you use our website or products, we automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, actions taken, and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the service, and understand usage.
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate core features such as authentication and session security. We may also use functional and analytics cookies to improve the service. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may limit functionality, including the ability to stay signed in.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the service and as described below:
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Customer and tenant data is retained according to our agreement with the relevant Customer; upon termination, we delete or return it within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
We protect information using industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed credentials, access controls, network hardening, and automated backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to promptly address any issues that arise.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights for information we hold as a controller, contact us using the details below. If your information is held within a Customer's account (where we act as a processor), please contact that Customer directly; we will support them in responding to your request.
Our website and products are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. Some Customers -- such as martial arts schools -- may enter information about minors into our products. In those cases the Customer is the controller of that information and is responsible for obtaining any required consents. Axion does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through its public website.
We operate in the United States, and information we process may be stored and handled there. If you access our services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Our website and products may link to third-party sites and services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, contact us at [email protected] or through our contact form.
